MAGNOLIA WHOLE HOME REMODEL
This whole-home remodel honored the historic charm that first drew the homeowners in, while introducing thoughtful updates to support modern living and extend the life of the home. Every room was touched, with new flooring, updated electrical, fresh paint, and refined trim details woven throughout. Careful attention was given to preserving the home’s original character, including existing plaster walls and graceful arched doorways, ensuring that new improvements felt seamlessly integrated rather than overlaid. On the lower level, targeted structural work created space for a larger, more functional office and laundry area on the main floor, along with the addition of a dedicated powder room—enhancing both daily flow and long-term usability.
Upstairs, the remodel and expansion of the primary bathroom transformed a series of previously inefficient spaces into a tranquil, timeless ensuite designed for everyday comfort. In the kitchen, the layout remained intact, but strategic changes made a dramatic impact. Removing the peninsula, introducing a large French window, and updating cabinetry and finishes resulted in a bright, open space that now flows effortlessly into the dining room. Throughout the home, craftsmanship and intentional design decisions come together to balance classic architecture with modern function—ensuring this home continues to serve its owners beautifully for years to come.
