Return clients approached Crescent Builds with a vision for their newly purchased home: to reimagine the second floor as a warm, functional retreat tailored to their growing family. The remodel began with a fully reworked floor plan that transformed the upper level into a cohesive, light-filled living environment. A newly created primary suite anchors the space, featuring a generous walk-in closet and a thoughtfully designed en suite bathroom that balances spa-like comfort with everyday practicality.

Beyond the primary suite, the layout introduces a grand and welcoming entry that connects to two kids’ bedrooms and a fully remodeled hall bathroom, creating clear circulation and a sense of openness throughout the floor.
