CAPITOL HILL WHOLE HOUSE REMODEL

This Capitol Hill project focused on creating clean & modern spaces throughout the home, bringing a clear aesthetic vision while also ensuring the functional goals of the family were met. We remodeled the kitchen to create space for the luxurious kitchen island, which added counter space and custom cabinetry for storage, and is accented by sleek, pendant lighting for exceptional visibility. The bright Carrara marble countertops and backsplash contrast beautifully with the custom stained oak floors. A dry-erase wall calendar, perfect for family planning, allows for added fun and functionality. The bathroom’s clean, simple design features contrasting dark floor tile with bright white cabinets, counters, and bath tiles. Our team incorporated additional contemporary touches throughout the home with clever storage solutions in the bedrooms and a custom built-in mudroom feature in the entryway.
