BALLARD KITCHEN & MUDROOM REMODEL

The transformation of this Ballard home included a full kitchen remodel and building the addition of a bathroom and mudroom. To accommodate for a new kitchen, we added on to the existing home, making space for additional storage and a custom built-in eating nook. The monochromatic color palette brightens the space while the custom cabinetry, countertops, and appliances create an equally contemporary and functional room. The farmhouse sink adds a unique focal point to the kitchen while the eating nook, with bench storage seating, gives the homeowners an inviting place to enjoy their meal or do their homework.  

The clean and classic design style was incorporated into the bathroom remodel, featuring white tile throughout, perfectly balanced by the smooth Marmoleum flooring and sage green paint. The mudroom provides a wide, spacious entryway featuring a seating bench and built-in storage for easily accessible functionality of the space.
