BELLTOWN CONDO RENOVATION

Working with previous clients is always a dream, and this Belltown condo was no exception. Our clients were looking to refinish existing worn and dated surfaces, to bring a refreshed look to their stylish Seattle penthouse. Our team refinished the gorgeous apple plywood cabinets and modern-styled trim. We installed new kitchen appliances and fixtures with a crisp white quartz countertop for a contemporary look. The bathroom was a full-to-the-studs remodel, including a walk-in shower and inviting soaking tub, creating the perfect place to unwind. In the living space, we added an eye-catching, oversized light fixture accentuating the natural light pouring through the city-view wall of windows. We completed the new look by refinishing the oak flooring, replacing the dated galvanized railing leading to the second-story loft, and applying fresh paint colors throughout.
