In partnership with renowned architect Tom Kundig, Crescent Builds worked to bring the vision for this commercial property to life. By exposing the raw structure of the building and keeping the original exterior surfaces, the history of the building was allowed to shine through. Refreshing the existing exposed surfaces and sandblasting the original beams created the perfect canvas for the new contemporary elements to shine. The industrial feel of the steel framed windows, paired with the functionality and uniqueness of the garage-style door bring both light and interest into the space, highlighting the thoughtful design within.
