Todd Gits

Principal/Production Manager

Todd joined Crescent Builds as a partner in 2008 and is its active Vice-President and Production Manager. He manages all aspects of the project execution and completion processes and is intimately involved with client relationships, project schedule and budget maintenance, safety and quality control, material and sub-contractor management, and staff management.

Todd began his career in construction over nineteen years ago and has worked specifically in the residential remodeling field for the past seventeen years. Todd is passionate about residential remodeling and  

specifically loves the execution and outcome of producing beautiful work as well as building trusting and long-term relationships with clients.

Todd grew up and continues to live in the North Seattle area.  He enjoys his life in Seattle with his family, friends, and his dog, Jake.  Todd enjoys engaging in outdoor activities such as mountain and rock climbing and backcountry snowboarding. He is a long-time member and volunteer climbing instructor at the Washington Alpine Club and has been the volunteer Snowboard Training Director for Outdoors for All since 2002 where he teaches people with disabilities to ski and snowboard.
